Terms and Conditions
- Booking & Payment:
- A minimum advance payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be settled at the end of the trip via cash, UPI, or card (additional 2% surcharge for card payments).
- Kilometer Calculation:
- Kilometers are calculated from garage to garage (starting and ending at our Bangalore base).
- For outstation trips, a minimum daily kilometer limit applies (250 km for cars, 300 km for Tempo Traveller).
- Extra Charges:
- Extra kilometers beyond the package limit will be charged as per the rates mentioned in the table.
- Night driving (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) incurs an additional driver allowance of ₹200.
- Toll fees, parking charges, and interstate taxes are borne the customer and added to the final bill.
- Driver Allowance:
- Included in airport transfers; otherwise, charged separately as per the table.
- For multi-day outstation trips, driver accommodation (if required) is an additional ₹300/night.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the trip incur no charge; within 24 hours, 50% of the advance is forfeited.
- No refunds for no-shows or mid-trip cancellations.
- Trip Duration:
- One day is calculated as a calendar day (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM).
- Hourly packages are subject to a maximum time limit; exceeding it converts to the next package tier or incurs hourly charges (₹200/hour).
- Vehicle Usage:
- Vehicles are provided with a full tank; fuel costs are included for local packages but excluded for outstation trips (customer to refuel).
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal items in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Liability:
- Bangalore Airport Drop Taxi is not responsible for delays due to traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused the customer will be charged accordingly.
- Peak Season Surcharge:
- During festivals or peak travel seasons (e.g., Diwali, Christmas), a 10–20% surcharge may apply, subject to prior notification.
